Cooperation between Tajikistan and Uzbekistan continues to strengthen. Direct flights between Samarkand and Dushanbe have been restored, which significantly improves transport links between the two countries. Important cultural programs aimed at strengthening cultural ties were also highlighted. Additionally, the leaders of both countries expressed their readiness to contribute to further regional cooperation.

The preparation for the next consultative meeting of the heads of Central Asian states was also discussed during the meeting. The presidents emphasized that regional issues and further strengthening of cooperation will be the key topics of the upcoming meeting.
