On August 19th, a fire occurred in the city of Gazalkent, located in the Bostanlyk district of Tashkent region, which drew public attention. According to the regional emergency situations department, the fire took place on the second floor of a store selling household goods. This incident occurred in a two-story building located in the "Navruz" neighborhood.
The fire report was received at 16:40 by the emergency situations department. Four firefighting and rescue teams arrived at the scene and quickly contained the fire. The fire was localized at 16:55 and fully extinguished by 17:33.
It is important to note that the fire caused damage to the roof and the interior of the store, affecting approximately 70 square meters. No reports of injuries have been received. The cause of the fire and the amount of material damage are currently being determined.
