A loan guarantor's gas station in Fergana has been taken under protection

In the Fergana region, the property of a gas station belonging to a citizen who guaranteed a loan for his acquaintance was taken under protection, and legal proceedings were initiated.

It turned out that a citizen living in the Altyaryk district of the region was a guarantor of a close friend's bank loan and for this purpose provided a gas station, which was his property, as collateral.

However, the debtor, under various pretexts, did not repay the loan amount of more than 1 billion soums within the established timeframe, which led to the non-fulfillment of the debt obligation. In this situation, the property owner, who was the guarantor as an additional responsible person within the framework of enforcement proceedings, was also involved in appropriate measures.

In this regard, a gas station located in the Altyaryk district was officially seized, and measures are currently being taken to put these properties up for auction. Through these actions, debt repayment and the protection of the legal interests of the guarantor are ensured.

This event once again demonstrated how important and responsible it is to provide a guarantee when obtaining a loan.
