It was established that he did not undergo state registration in accordance with the established legislative procedure and stored 2,835 units of products manufactured in foreign countries containing potent substances in his personal store. These funds were seized as extraordinarily important material evidence.
A criminal case has been initiated under Article 251-1 of the Criminal Code (production, distribution, advertising, demonstration of products promoting narcotic drugs, their analogues, or potent substances that are not psychotropic substances, or the illegal circulation of such substances or poisonous substances), and investigative actions are currently underway.
According to experts, such means are not only dangerous to human health, but can also violate legal order in society. Therefore, such cases are studied by the government and law enforcement agencies with very serious and extreme attention.
