In Tashkent region, a man who illegally kept wild birds, including the Red Book-listed eagle and other wild hobby species, was fined half a billion sums. This was reported by the Ministry of Ecology's press service.

During a raid carried out by law enforcement agencies, it was found that a resident of the Chinoz district, living in the "Yangi Obod" neighborhood, was keeping wild falcons and an eagle listed in the Red Book. This case was recognized as a violation of ecology and nature.

The birds were handed over to the Tashkent Zoo, and their health could be affected by such changes in their living conditions.
