Six years ago, a young man who pressed "class" on Abdullah domla's lecture was imprisoned for illegal activity. U. Almardanov, through the "Odnoklassniki.ru" messenger on his Redmi Note 13 phone, distributed it to his virtual friends in 2019 by clicking "class" on Abdugani Umarov's lecture "Lovers of Paradise." By this action, he committed a crime in accordance with paragraph "g" of part 3 of Article 244-1 of the Criminal Code.
In the verdict of the Kumkurgan District Court dated July 1, 2025, U. Almardanov was sentenced to 3 years of imprisonment for committing the crime. In the court verdict, due to the gravity of this crime, the sentence was to be served in a general regime colony. However, mitigating factors were taken into account, and the sentence was reduced in accordance with Article 57 of the Criminal Code.
Thus, this crime, committed on a virtual platform, led to the dissemination of information among people and the observation of new relationships regarding internet security.
