Specialists emphasize that this poses a serious threat not only to the child’s life, but also to the safety of all road users.
The regional traffic department’s report states that such cases will be continuously monitored through cameras installed near educational institutions. If parents commit illegal actions in order to “show off,” they will be identified and held accountable in accordance with the law.
“Law is not a toy. Driving a car is allowed only when the legal right exists. Allowing an underage child to sit behind the wheel is a dangerous and irresponsible act,” the department’s statement said.
Officials stressed that such “experiments” may form wrong habits in children and in the future could lead to even more serious consequences. Therefore, all parents are urged to be cautious and strictly follow the rules.
