In the city of Fergana, a woman responded to the court for beating, insulting, and filming her 8-month-old child. The quarrel that caused this unfortunate situation stemmed from family conflicts with her husband. The woman and her husband married in February 2024 on the basis of a religious marriage. This is their second marriage, and family relationships have sometimes led to problems.
Before they began their family life, the husband promised the woman to treat her daughter from her first marriage like her own child. However, after the wedding, conflicts began to arise in the family. In each quarrel, new problems arose, and disagreements arose, especially in matters of child support.
At one point, the woman asked her husband for money, but he did not accept her request. Due to the negligent attitude towards this situation, the woman beat her 8-month-old baby and recorded it on video. The video shows the child being beaten and insulted. Following this, measures were taken against the woman in accordance with the requirements of the law.
To date, the case of the woman has been examined in the court materials. They were sentenced in connection with the situation in the video about her asking her husband for money for a child. The woman was fined for domestic violence and psychological pressure. According to the court's decision, the woman was fined five times the Basic Calculated Amount (BCA), and her husband was fined three times the BCA for his insults.
This situation once again demonstrates that family conflicts and violence have led to shortcomings in the lives of some people, and at the same time, it is necessary to work in the manner prescribed by law to prevent and solve this type of problem.
