New steps have been taken in the Jizzakh region to ensure the social security of citizens. Before the cold days, in the city of Jizzakh, citizen S.Zh. was forcibly allowed to enter his house. This enforcement action was carried out with the participation of the head of the neighborhood and responsible officials, ensuring its implementation in practice.
According to the information from the press service, the enforcement document regarding the forced entry of citizen S.Zh. into the house in Jizzakh city was received by the Jizzakh city police department. As part of these actions, the state executor, in cooperation with the neighborhood head and other responsible officials, carried out the enforcement measure.
From a legal point of view, this process is important for the family members of the property owner and those who permanently reside with him. They are granted equal rights to use the premises, even if no other circumstances were officially recorded at the time of the transfer.
According to Article 32 of the Housing Code, they are also entitled to transfer their minor children to the property provided by the owner. Even if these individuals terminate family relations with the property owner, the right to use the property remains.
These enforcement actions are aimed at ensuring social security, protecting the rights and freedoms of citizens, and improving their living conditions.
