News spread on social networks about the provision of low-quality food products to children in preschool educational organization No. 1 of the Nurabad district of the Samarkand region. The Department of Preschool and School Education of the Samarkand region gave an official comment on this situation.
As it turned out, during the inspections, it was found that the cooks working at the State Educational Institution No. 1 did not follow the technologies of cooking and, due to their carelessness, baked sweet buns prepared for dinner. The customer has issued a warning to the management of the outsourcing company regarding this situation.
It was also noted that the report about the delivery of low-quality meat products through outsourcing was not confirmed.
According to the epidemiologist of the Nurabad District Medical Association and the District Association of the Sanitary and Epidemiological Committee, from September 30 to the present day, no official complaints about food poisoning of preschool children have been received.
Thus, according to official sources, reports about the provision of low-quality products to children are unfounded.
