The execution document on the collection of 58 million 756 thousand soums in tax debt from the debtor S.M. in favor of the district tax inspection, issued by the Mirzo Ulugbek Interdistrict Civil Court, was received by state executor M. Kuzibayeva of the Tashkent City Department of the Bureau on October 3, 2025.
According to this execution document, due to S.M.’s failure to pay taxes and other mandatory payments on time, the amount of tax debt has reached almost 60 million soums.
During the enforcement of the case, the citizen was warned based on the relevant provisions of the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Enforcement of Court Documents and Documents of Other Bodies” that they must pay the tax debt within 5 days, and that if the requirements of the state executor were not met within the specified period, compulsory enforcement measures would be taken against them.
As a result of the enforcement actions carried out, on October 6, 2025, a total of 58 million 756 thousand soums in tax debt was fully collected from the debtor and transferred to the state.
