In Ellikqala, the debt of a person who was avoiding repayment was collected through the MIB

According to the writ of execution issued by the Beruniy District Inter-District Civil Court on May 29, 2025, it was determined to collect 77.6 million soums from the debtor E.M. in favor of the claimant Yu.J.

This enforcement document was received for execution by the Ellikqala District Office of the Bureau, and enforcement actions were carried out by department employees.

In particular, in order to ensure the execution of the court decision, department employees established a restriction on the debtor’s right to leave the Republic of Uzbekistan and seized the immovable property belonging to the debtor to prevent its disposal.

As a result, on October 9 of this year, the debtor repaid the debt in the amount of 6,000 US dollars.

For this reason, the claimant applied to the Ellikqala District Office of the Bureau requesting the closure of this enforcement case.
