A murder occurred in the Guzar district of the Kashkadarya region. According to reports, a citizen who broke into another apartment brutally murdered a 61-year-old woman.
The incident occurred on the evening of May 25, 2025. According to the investigation, the deceased's daughter-in-law planned to seize the large sum of money accumulated over the years in the house. Taking advantage of the fact that the 61-year-old woman was left alone at home, the bride also involved her relatives and associates in this work.
The bride's assistants took action to plunder the house. One of them, a 32-year-old man, disconnected the house from the electricity and turned off the surveillance cameras according to a plan provided by the bride. This ensured that no one would record the event.
After that, he entered the house and began searching for the money and suddenly encountered a 61-year-old woman. The criminal got into an argument with her and then strangled the woman to death. After the horrific murder, he found a large sum of money in the house and, along with his accomplices, set fire to the apartment.
Currently, four individuals - a bride, her sister, and two men aged 31 and 32 - have been arrested in connection with this case. According to the results of the investigation, they all committed the crime by prior agreement and on the basis of a plan.
Currently, the case is being considered in the Guzar District Criminal Court. During the trial, it is said that the suspects do not refuse to admit their guilt.
The local population was deeply shocked by this incident. They emphasize that the deceased was known in the village as a kind and conscientious person.
This incident once again showed how severe consequences those who step into the vice of wealth, far from humanity, can lead to. Investigative bodies have announced that strict penalties will be applied in this case.
