According to the decisions of the Bog‘ot Interdistrict Civil Court, the Yangiariq District Medical Association, as the debtor, was ordered to pay material and moral damages to three citizens.
In order to ensure the enforcement of court decisions, as a result of enforcement actions carried out by the state executors of the Yangiariq district branch of the Bureau, a total of 123.7 million soums in material and moral damages were collected from the Yangiariq District Medical Association and transferred to the bank plastic cards of the claimant citizens, and the enforcement proceedings were practically completed.
For example, based on the writ of execution issued by the Bog‘ot Interdistrict Civil Court, the debtor Yangiariq District Medical Association was ordered to pay a total of 43 million soums in material and moral damages to the claimant O.Rajabov. As a result of the enforcement actions taken by the state executors, the full amount of damages specified in the court document was recovered and transferred to the claimant citizen’s bank plastic card.
Measures in this regard are ongoing.
