In our country, human rights and interests are legally protected by the state. Our Constitution specifically emphasizes that every person has the right to work, free choice of profession, fair working conditions, remuneration for work commensurate with their labor, and protection against unemployment in the manner prescribed by law.
However, in labor relations, cases frequently occur where the employer incorrectly calculates wages for the period worked by the employee or fails to pay wages on time altogether.
In particular, the Quva district department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement is carrying out a series of measures to ensure the timely execution of enforcement documents regarding the recovery of wages, especially in restoring the violated rights of citizens.
For example, based on execution writs from the Fergana Regional Court, the Quva district department of the Bureau conducted enforcement actions regarding the recovery of a total of 42.3 million soums in wages and 7.0 million soums in moral damages from the State Unitary Enterprise "QTP" in favor of citizen I.M.
Since this execution document required immediate implementation, full recovery of the wages and moral damages was ensured during the compulsory enforcement actions, resulting in the restoration of citizen I.M.'s rights.
