A woman involved in the production and distribution of pornographic materials in Tashkent city has been held accountable. The decision of the Chilonzor District Criminal Court has been published on the official website of the Supreme Court.
According to information, a woman named Zarina G., born in Gʻijduvon district in 1999, moved to Tashkent and was engaged in mediation activities.
Subsequently, she viewed various pornographic groups on the Telegram messenger and intended to make a profit through this. For this purpose, she created a closed Telegram group called “Vip Group”.
There, she produced and distributed pornographic and erotic videos featuring herself and other individuals via this group. A fee was required to become a member of the group.
According to expert analysis, the materials distributed through the group were confirmed to have a pornographic nature. On October 14 of this year, according to the decision of the Chilonzor District Criminal Court, the citizen was found guilty under the article of the Administrative Liability Code of the Republic of Uzbekistan regarding the production, import, distribution, advertising, and display of pornographic materials.
She was fined 100 base calculation amounts (41,200,000 soum). In addition, it was decided that the “Redmi” mobile phone used by the woman to film the videos would be destroyed.
