Illegally built Adras Hotel in Tashkent demolished

The Adras Hotel, located in the Chilanzar district of Tashkent, was demolished due to non-compliance with urban planning norms and construction without permission. This was reported by the city administration.

According to the information, this building, built on Gavhar Street, was identified as an illegal structure as a result of inspections conducted by the relevant authorities. During the inspection, it was revealed that there were no permits or project documents required for construction. Therefore, the building was demolished according to the current procedure.

Addressing entrepreneurs and the population, the khokimiyat reminded that before starting any construction work, it is necessary to officially obtain the appropriate permits. Otherwise, such construction will be recognized as illegal and eliminated in the prescribed manner.

For information, the inspection in the field of construction and housing and communal services has now taken over 28 thousand objects under state control. In the first nine months of this year alone, about 317 thousand inspections were conducted, and more than 154 thousand written instructions were issued. In addition, administrative fines were imposed on responsible persons in more than 7,000 cases.

At the same time, about 3,000 construction sites were demolished due to violations of project requirements. In addition, as a result of the inspection of the technical condition of apartment buildings, more than 5,000 violations were identified. During inspections of drinking water and sewage systems, more than 4.6 thousand violations were recorded, and appropriate measures were taken.
