According to the enforcement document of the Uchtepa Interdistrict Civil Court, it was determined to recover a debt of $102,384 USD in favor of the claimant, “Ipak Yo‘li Bank” JSCB, from the debtor LLC and to direct the collection to the collateral property owned by debtor A.A., located in Zangiota district, Tashkent region.
Upon receiving the enforcement document in the enforcement proceedings division, the enforcement case was initiated on the same day in accordance with the established procedures. The rights and obligations of the parties were explained, and the debtor was given a voluntary deadline to settle the debt.
As the debtor failed to fulfill the requirements of the enforcement document within the prescribed period, the above-mentioned real estate was seized and encumbered. It has now been placed for auction based on the collateral agreement, with a starting price set at 855,762.7 thousand soum.
The proceeds from the auction sale will be used to settle the debt, and any remaining funds will be returned to the debtor in accordance with the law.
