In the Syrdarya region, strict measures were taken against a farmer who did not pay taxes on time. According to the Gulistan District Department of the Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement, based on the decisions of the Tax Department, practical work was carried out on 8 enforcement documents for the recovery of a total of 59 million soums in tax arrears from the debtor farm.
The State Enforcement Officer officially notified the debtor of the need to voluntarily repay the debt within the established timeframe, provided the necessary explanations, and explained the situation. Nevertheless, due to the fact that the debt was not addressed within the established timeframe, compulsory measures were taken in accordance with the requirements of the law.
The Volkswagen vehicle belonging to the debtor farm was seized and placed in the penalty area in accordance with the established procedure. Through this, the necessary legal mechanisms have been launched to ensure the fulfillment of state requirements and repay debts.
Currently, this car is being evaluated and organizational processes are being carried out to put it up for auction. According to officials, debt repayment can be secured through the sale of this property.
