During an operation conducted as part of the extensive “Safe and Healthy Nation” operational-preventive measures, organized by the Andijan city branch of the Department under the Prosecutor General’s Office and other law enforcement agencies, three individuals—Sh.U., D.K., and S.M.—were apprehended while selling one unit of the drug “Tropicamide” and five units of the drug “Regapen,” both of which contain potent substances.
A total of 11 units of “Tropicamide,” 45 units of “Regapen,” and 1.85 grams of hashish were discovered in D.K.'s possession and seized as material evidence.
Additionally, during another operation carried out in collaboration with the Samarkand regional branch of the Department and other law enforcement agencies, citizen G.I. was caught selling 32 units of the potent drug “Torgobalin 150 mg.” to another individual, M.A. A further 40 units of the drug “Gee Baralgin” were seized as material evidence.
Criminal cases have been initiated regarding these incidents under Articles 251-1 and 276 of the Criminal Code, and have been forwarded to the relevant authorities for further investigation.
