The Bureau of Compulsory Enforcement of the Almazar district of the city of Tashkent, based on the decisions of the court and other bodies, received a writ of execution for the recovery of a total of 6.24 billion soums of state duty and tax arrears from the debtor LLC "S.-M" in favor of the state.
Due to the debtor's failure to repay the debt during the enforcement proceedings, enforcement measures were taken. All property belonging to the debtor was seized, and a search warrant was issued.
During this process, the debtor's expensive LI XIANG L9 vehicle was seized and brought to the impound lot.
Currently, this vehicle is being evaluated and measures are being taken to sell it through an auction to cover the debt.
If the debtor fully repays the debt, the vehicle will be returned to the owner. This ensures the open and fair implementation of the mechanism for collecting state tax and customs debt through enforcement documents.
