Debtor failed to fulfill obligations, "Captiva" car put up for sale

Debtor failed to fulfill obligations,

In June 2025, the FIB Shaykhontohur Interdistrict Court ruled that a debt of 305,797.1 million soums owed by YATT "U.M.G." to the creditor bank would be collected and secured against their pledged "Captiva" vehicle.

The bureau's Mirzo Ulug'bek district department had state executors meet with the debtor several times, providing legal explanations and warning that if the debt was not paid within the specified period, enforcement measures would be taken and the car could be auctioned. However, the debtor repeatedly denied legal requirements and refused to fulfill their obligations.

Consequently, in March 2026, the vehicle was legally towed to a penalty lot and is now being offered for sale in online auctions. Proceeds from the sale will be used to cover the debt.
