An unusual and dangerous incident occurred at night in Tashkent. On the night of May 8, a 25-year-old man went out onto the roadway of one of the capital's streets half-naked, seriously disrupting traffic.
According to the Tashkent Main Department of Internal Affairs, the incident took place around 02:35 on TXAY Street in the Almazar district. S.O., born in 2001, was intoxicated and, failing to control himself in a public place, walked into the middle of the road.
It is noted that he disregarded the rules of conduct accepted in society and obstructed the free movement of vehicles. As a result, a dangerous situation arose for drivers.
Law enforcement agencies took prompt action regarding this incident, and an administrative report was drawn up against the man for petty hooliganism under Article 183 of the Code of Administrative Responsibility.
The collected materials have been sent to the district court for criminal cases for legal review. The final decision on the matter will be made by the court.
Experts emphasize that such incidents not only violate public order but also pose a serious threat to road safety.
