Spanish giants Real Madrid have decided to part ways with central defender Jesús Vallejo once the season concludes.

Despite a shortage of defenders, head coach Carlo Ancelotti does not see Vallejo as a key player. The Italian tactician prefers to deploy Aurélien Tchouaméni as a center-back instead of Vallejo.

Vallejo himself is aware that the club no longer counts on him. On social media, he shares footage from training sessions, subtly hinting that unless something unexpected happens, he will have to leave Madrid.

The 28-year-old defender joined Real Madrid from Zaragoza in 2015 for €5 million, but he never established himself as a regular starter. Over the years, he has played on loan at Eintracht Frankfurt, Wolverhampton, and Granada.
