CSKA's new legionnaire came out looking really proud
CSKA is also looking to strengthen its squad in order to compete for top spots in the second half of the Russian Premier League.

The club's press service announced the arrival of Brazilian striker Alerrandro. The new player's high self-confidence is evident from the way he introduced himself to his new team's fans.

- I'm a very intelligent striker. I'm not one of those ordinary forwards who just go back and play to receive the ball.

I move around the field a lot. I not only score goals, but also make assists. I like to put my teammates in a situation with the opponent's goalkeeper.

I adapt quickly to the team's game, based on my strengths, - said Alerrandro.

CSKA has signed a contract with the new striker until mid-2028. The parties can extend the cooperation for another year by mutual agreement.

Alerrandro chose the number 7 shirt at CSKA. The 25-year-old player is a graduate of Atletico Mineiro and has also played for RB Bragantino and Vitoria during his career.

Alerrandro played effectively for Vitoria and was the top scorer in the Brazilian Championship last season with 15 goals.

It is worth noting that the leader of the CSKA forward line is Abbasbek Fayzullaev. Our compatriot has been a force to be reckoned with since joining the “army” in the summer of 2023.

Now, the 21-year-old legionnaire will have to develop his skills playing alongside Alerrandro on the front line before the start of the Premier League matches.

According to the Transfermarkt portal, the “army” paid a fee of 4.2 million euros to Red Bull Bragantino for the player who entered European football with great ambitions.
