The OKMK football club held an official presentation ceremony before the new season yesterday at the OKMK sports complex.
At the beginning of the event, an introduction ceremony was held for the players who defended the team's honor in previous seasons and won the love of the fans with their brilliant games, as well as local and legionnaire players who joined the club starting this season.

During the event, the president of OKMK FC Abdulla Khursanov spoke and noted that the team won the vice-championship last season, and the hard work and unity of the entire team played a big role in achieving this result. He also said that the team has high goals this season, and wished the players good luck in qualifying not only for the domestic championship, but also for international competitions.

In response to these sincere wishes, the head coach of OKMK FC Mirjalol Kasimov expressed his gratitude for the favorable conditions created for the team and expressed his intention to achieve even greater heights in the new season.

After that, the general director of OKMK FC Bakhodir Mirzaev took the podium and reported on the projects implemented in 2024. He noted that great work is being done for the development of the team, and spoke about the establishment of the OKMK Football Academy, the construction of modern fields for young players, and the construction of a dormitory for talented players who come from distant regions to practice.

Also, the start of the “OKMK-Semurg” team in Angren from 2025 was recognized as an important step not only for the club, but also for the people of Angren. It was emphasized that this will not only contribute to the development of regional football, but also create an opportunity for the development of new talents.

As the ceremony continued in a high spirit, in the next part of the presentation, a solemn presentation of the team's special playing uniforms for the new season took place with the participation of the president, general director and head coach of OKMK FC. These uniforms are a set produced by the Uzbek brand - “7SABER” company, and were officially handed over to the players.

The greatest strength of OKMK FC is undoubtedly its loyal and devoted fans! The fans who attended the event emphasized that they will support the team in any circumstances. And at the same time, fans who visited the event had the opportunity to take part in a photo session with their favorite players.

It should be noted that OKMK FC strengthened its squad with the following players during the winter transfer window: local players Humoyunshok Sayyotov, Abror Karimov, Akbar Uktamov, Asad Sobirjonov and Abubakr Rizo Turdialiev were recruited to the team. In this regard, the "miners" also added foreign players such as Japanese Naoaki Senaga and Australian Ajak Riak.


Also, Akhmadullo Mukimjonov, who previously played on loan for Bunyodkor and Olimpik, returned to the OKMK team. In addition, the contracts of Avazbek Olmasaliev, Islam Tokhtakhojaev, Oybek Rustamov and Sardor Mirzaev, who played consistently for OKMK FC last season, were extended.

We are confident that the "miners" team will continue to delight their fans with their intense games and desire to win in the 2025 season and achieve great heights.
