Williams transfer nearly complete

Barcelona is planning to finalize the transfer of Athletic Bilbao’s wing-back Nico Williams soon, Euro-football.ru reported.

According to renowned journalist Gerard Romero, the transfer process is expected to proceed smoothly, and the deal is considered almost done. Romero emphasized that Nico is “150 percent” joining Barcelona.

There are no issues with the player’s agent, and there is no interest from Bayern Munich or in Luis Díaz. The club is continuing its work to complete the deal as quickly as possible.

Williams is 22 years old, and his transfer will cost the Catalan giants €58 million (approximately 800 billion UZS). Last year, the player declined the move voluntarily, but this time he is eager to see the deal finalized and has changed his decision.
