The prestigious and widely followed "France Football" magazine has identified five nominees for the special Johan Cruyff award among coaches who achieved high results with their teams during the season and fully demonstrated their professional skills.
This award is given to specialists who, during the season, had the greatest influence on their teams as coaches, distinguished by strategic thinking and ability to work with players. It reflects not only the coach’s achievements, but also his overall contribution to football.
This year’s list includes famous coaches managing leading clubs from four countries:

Luis Enrique — as head coach of France’s famous PSG team, led the club to major milestones and a new level.

Antonio Conte — at Italy’s "Napoli", improved the team’s results with his determined and tireless style.

Hansi Flick — the experienced coach behind Spain’s "Barcelona" being on the podium, continues to make his mark in football.

Enzo Maresca — as head coach of England’s "Chelsea", rebuilt the team’s play and successfully gave it new spirit.

Arne Slot — led "Liverpool" with a new project, demonstrated confident and disciplined football.
For reference: last year, this award was given to the famous Italian coach Carlo Ancelotti, who ended the season with great success by winning the Champions League, La Liga, and the Spanish Super Cup with "Real Madrid".
Now, all fans are eagerly awaiting to see who will be named the most deserving coach of 2025. The winner will be announced and the award presented on September 22 at the famous Châtelet Theatre in Paris — a city of great importance for football development.
