Humorabonu Mamajonova, who previously competed in the women's -57 kg weight category, surpassed Lai-Karlile Ali of New Zealand with an absolute advantage. At the end of the match, the judges unanimously awarded the victory to the Uzbek boxer with a score of 5:0. Mamajonova will now have her next fight on September 7.

Shodiyorjon Melikuziev entered the ring in the men's -50 kg weight category. His opponent was Navaf Avaji from Saudi Arabia. Meliqo'ziyev defeated his opponent by technical knockout in the second round, securing a crucial victory. He will now face Australian Omer Isaz on September 9th.

The most interesting fight of the evening took place in the heavyweight category. Uzbekistan's Jahongir Zokirov competed against Algerian opponent Mourad Kadi in the +90 kg weight category. After a fierce and complex clash, Zokirov won by unanimous decision of the judges with a score of 5:0.

According to the information, 554 athletes from 68 countries are participating in this prestigious competition among adults, which is being held for the first time under the auspices of World Boxing. Of these, 329 are men, and the remaining 225 are women. The championship starts on September 4 and ends on September 14.

Thus, in the very first days of the championship, Uzbek boxers presented beautiful and bright victories to the fans. Many more trials await them ahead.
