The 30-year-old striker joined Istanbul Bashakshehir on a season-long loan from Roma. He has been a regular in the field until now, even scoring six times and providing one assist in the UEFA Conference League. However, he needed nine matches to score his first goal for his new team.
In the fifth round of the Turkish championship, Bashakshehir played away against a strong rival, Beşiktaş. Through this match, Eldor scored his historic goal. In the 71st minute, he scored a goal, putting his team ahead. But before the end of the match, the hosts completely changed the situation, scoring twice and winning with a score of 2:1.
It's worth noting that Bashakshehir's management recently announced their departure from Chag'dash Atan, who had been preparing the team for the season, and appointed Nuri Shahin, a renowned figure in German football, as their new head coach. At that time, the club was temporarily headed by Marco Pezzayouli, director of the planning and strategy department.
