The fifth final of the day at the World Championships among adults in Liverpool was held by the talented Uzbek boxer Navbahor Hamidova. She competed against Aida Abikeeva from Kazakhstan in the -65 kg weight category.

The match was very fierce and intense. In the first two rounds, Navbahor was ahead in points, putting their opponent in a difficult position in many ways. However, in the third round, the judges warned him, and this decision affected the outcome of the fight. In the end, the judges unanimously declared the representative of neighboring Kazakhstan as the winner.

Thus, Navbakhor Hamidova won the only silver medal for the Uzbekistan delegation at the world championship. This result is also a great achievement for the boxing school of our country.
