For the first time in Uzbek football, a remote VAR system has been tested

For the first time in history, the VAR Center, located at the National Football Center, tested the method of remote work in practice.

During this experiment, VAR and AVAR referees, together with instructors, provided direct advice and assistance to the head referee of the "Surkhan" - "Mash'al" match of the 22nd round of the Super League, held in Surkhandarya region, from Tashkent.

The centralized VAR system was used in real time, and disputes were monitored directly through the center in the capital. This created conditions for more precise and impartial judgments.

It should be noted that this test is considered an important step towards the further widespread introduction of modern technologies in Uzbek football, putting an end to disputes in matches, and strengthening the trust of fans.

In the football environment, it is said that this process can take not only the refereeing system, but also the prestige of the national championship to a new level.
