Paris Saint-Germain head coach Luis Enrique openly stated that there are significant challenges and serious responsibilities in the process of strengthening the club before the new season. The Spanish specialist emphasized that finding the right player in the transfer market is an extremely complex process, not only financially, but also from the point of view of athletic and personal qualities.
"Finding a player for PSG has never been easy, and it remains so today. Each player joining the team must have several key factors combined: their personal qualities, requirements related to large funds, and most importantly, resilience to enormous pressure. Because if you pay a lot of money for a player, the expected result and pressure from him will increase even more," Enrique said.
He believes that Paris Saint-Germain has fierce competition, and every new player must adapt to this environment. Therefore, the club discusses each decision for a long time, conducts a thorough analysis, and does not rush to find the right candidate.
"We believe in our team. This confidence was further strengthened last season. Even now, we are working calmly, carefully analyzing each decision. We understand that it's not easy to find the players we need, but we won't shy away from this task," added the experienced coach.
