National team camp with Fabio Cannavaro kicks off

The Uzbekistan national team started its regular training camp today. The first training session was mainly aimed at recovery: light running, stretching, physiotherapy, and soft exercises with the ball. Only Rustam Ashurmatov was missing from the squad - he will join the training camp tomorrow due to playing yesterday for "Istiqlol" (Iran). At the same time, a new head coach, Fabio Cannavaro, was officially appointed to the national team today, and he immediately took on the role.
