The UFC published an updated ranking, and the biggest changes were recorded in the pound-for-pound division (the strongest, regardless of weight). The new procedure caused a great discussion among the fans.
According to his passport, Brazilian Alex Pereira, considered a true power puncher in the octagon, rose four positions at once and took 6th place in the P4P division. This jump occurred after a brilliant victory at UFC 320 against Russian Magomed Ankalayev by technical knockout in the first round. Accordingly, Ankalayev dropped four positions to 11th place.
Another bright change - the former long-term leader Alexander Volkanovski dropped by one position to 7th place. Meanwhile, the championship belt holder, Drikus du Plessis, entered the top ten and climbed to 10th place - the South African, with his attacking style, is also making his mark in the "general table."
