Bayern Munich head coach Vincent Kompany commented on team leader Harry Kane's performance and his role on the field, according to Sky Sport Germany.
According to the coach, Kane's ability to choose the right position and his intuition in the game are remarkable. In his opinion, giving the striker freedom on the field only improves the result.
"Harry has a very clear sense of position. He thinks that I will determine where he plays, but I also pay close attention to his actions. If she feels free and everything is going well, why should I stop? That's his playing style, and I'm only benefiting from it," Kompani said.
The French specialist, however, emphasized the importance of maintaining balance on the pitch:
"Of course, if he goes too far from the penalty area, I'll say that. But every player should play where they feel comfortable. This is a very important factor for me."
For the record, Harry Kane has made 11 appearances for Bayern in all competitions this season, scoring 19 goals and providing 3 assists.
Thus, Vincent Kompany believes that Kane has become Bayern's main support not only for his goal-scoring ability but also for his ability to feel the game. The coach considers trusting his intuition and allowing him to act freely as an important part of the team's success.
