London's "Arsenal" club defeated Madrid's "Atletico" with a score of 4:0 in the Champions League match on October 21, 2025. All goals were scored in the second half of the game, from the 57th minute to the 70th minute.
First, Gabriel Santos and Gabriel Martinelli opened the score. Later, Viktor Gyokeresh scored two goals against the opponent's goal. With this result, "Arsenal" became the first team in Champions League history to defeat Spanish clubs in seven consecutive games.
The team, led by Mikel Arteta, has previously defeated Real Madrid and Sevilla clubs twice each, as well as Girona and Athletic Clubs. In the first three matches of the group stage this season, the Gunners scored nine points.
