Monaco won with Golovin's assist

In the ninth round of the French championship, 'Monaco' hosted its neighbor in the tournament standings, 'Toulouse', on their home ground. In the third minute of the match, Kassoum Ouattara made a cross from the left wing into the penalty area.

Mohammed Salisu headed the ball into the goal and opened the score – 1:0. Takumi Minamino carried Ansu Fati to the front of the goal from the left wing, but the goalkeeper managed to stop his attempt.

Ouattara again delivered a precise pass from the left wing to Folarin Balogun, but the goalkeeper saved Balogun's close-range shot, and Minamino's follow-up shot hit the side post. In the second half, Deyann Metal crossed from the left wing to Emerson, but his header went just wide of the side post.

Jorge Ilénekena passed from the right wing to Krépin Diatta, whose ball into the center was stopped and shot by Pap Cabral, but the goalkeeper managed to save the shot, and Ouattara's rebound hit the right post. Aleksandr Golovin played 75 minutes on the pitch.
