In the 10th round of La Liga, Madrid’s club confidently defeated their opponents in the match between Betis and Atletico. Atletico demonstrated a performance reminiscent of their best days, gaining the advantage in goals and not allowing their opponent to create dangerous chances.
In the 3rd minute of the match, Koke crossed the ball to the far post, where Juliano Simeone, escaping from the defenders’ control, accurately sent the ball into the net (0:1). Later, Simeone beat his opponent on the wing and delivered the ball into the penalty area.
The attack was continued by Julian Alvarez, but his shot missed just wide of the post. In the 45th minute, Atletico launched a counterattack, Alvarez advanced into the opponent's box and passed to Alex Baena.
