The long-awaited UFC 322 tournament has officially been scheduled. The major event will take place on November 16 at New York’s legendary Madison Square Garden arena, reports [ufc.com]. This fight night is seen as one of the most anticipated MMA events of the year.
The main bout of the evening will draw huge attention — Islam Makhachev will face Australian contender Jack Della Maddalena for the UFC Welterweight Championship. Both fighters are considered among the most consistent and technically refined athletes in the organization, and their clash promises to become a real “lesson in martial arts.”
For Makhachev, this will be a major test — his first title defense in the welterweight division. Maddalena, returning after injury, has declared he is coming in with a revenge mindset.
