Three major English clubs are closely monitoring the progress of Bayern’s 17-year-old attacking midfielder Lennart Karl. The young wunderkind has already managed to score a goal each in the Champions League and the Bundesliga and has appeared in a total of 12 matches for Vincent Kompany’s team.
According to City Xtra, representatives of "Manchester City" are keeping track of the player and are prepared to attempt to sign him if negotiations over a new contract with "Bayern" end unsuccessfully. In addition, London clubs "Arsenal" and "Chelsea" have also expressed interest in the young German footballer.
The transfer value of Lennart Karl has been estimated at 20 million euros by experts at the Transfermarkt portal. The player’s current contract runs until 2028.
