In the ninth round of the German championship, the teams "RB Leipzig" and "Stuttgart" faced each other in an important match. In the first half, the guests — "Stuttgart" — looked much more active, but there were almost no real dangerous moments until the 42nd minute.
At that moment, Antonio Nusa crossed the ball to Romulo Cruz, but he was unable to capitalize on the opportunity. Shortly after, "Stuttgart" defender Jeff Chabot scored an own goal, and "Leipzig" took the lead — 1:0.
In the 54th minute of the second half, Yán Diomande showed his technique by scoring the second goal — 2:0. In the 65th minute, "Stuttgart" launched a counterattack, and Tiago Tomas reduced the deficit with an accurate shot — 2:1.
