Barcelona may extend contract with Lewandowski

Barcelona forward Robert Lewandowski's contract may be extended. The current agreement expires at the end of this season.

According to various sources, the Polish striker is expected to leave the Catalan side next summer. However, the possibility of renewing the contract cannot be ruled out.

According to Catalunya Radio, Barcelona president Joan Laporta regards Lewandowski with great respect and the 37-year-old star is considered an important figure at the club. Both parties may consider continuing their cooperation, but with one condition—the player must agree to a significant wage reduction.
