Brief Meeting Between Zabarnyy and Safonov

Ukrainian defender Ilya Zabarnyi, playing for PSG, was seen shaking hands with Russian goalkeeper Matvey Safonov on the team bus. In a video circulating online, Zabarnyi is shown entering the bus and greeting his teammates with handshakes.

During this encounter, Safonov is also visible. Although the footballers' faces are not clearly seen in the footage, Safonov was identified by the two rings on his right hand.

It is worth noting that Zabarnyi joined PSG during the summer transfer window and stated that his interactions with Safonov are limited to professional duties. Additionally, Safonov has not played in any matches during the 2025/2026 season.
