Russia's national football team head coach Valery Karpin listed the ideal opponents for the team ahead of the BetBoom friendly matches. "Ideally, we would like to play against strong global football teams such as Spain, France, Argentina, and Brazil.
Who else is in the Top 10? It would be one of those teams," he said in an interview with "Match TV."
Today, November 12, the Russian national team will play a friendly match against Peru. The game will take place at the "Gazprom Arena" stadium in Saint Petersburg.
On November 15, Karpin's team will face Chile in another friendly match. This match is scheduled to be held at the "Fisht" stadium in Sochi.
