Viktor Gusev Comments on Draw with Peru

Renowned sports commentator Viktor Gusev shared his thoughts on the outcome of the recent BetBoom friendly match between the Russian national team and the Peruvian national team. The game, held at "Gazprom Arena" in St. Petersburg, concluded with a 1-1 draw.

"The opponent was not one of the strongest teams. Additionally, the Peruvian team was missing their key players.

They arrived in St. Petersburg after a long journey. I thought it would be easier to defeat them," Gusev was quoted as saying by "Sovetskiy Sport" magazine.

On Saturday, Valery Karpin's team will play their second match in the November international fixtures. The Russian national team will face the Chilean national team.
