Semin: Absence of Ronaldo Won't Benefit Armenia

Renowned Russian coach Yuri Semin shared his opinion regarding the suspension of Portugal national team forward Cristiano Ronaldo. Ronaldo will miss the match against the Armenia national team.

"From a gameplay perspective, Portugal has no issues. Any player, including Ronaldo, can be replaced without any problem.

Armenia has no chance against Portugal," said Semin in an interview with the "Championat" portal. The match between the Portugal and Armenia national teams, part of the sixth round of the 2026 World Cup qualification stage, will take place on Sunday, November 16.
