Wojciech Szczesny recalls the toughest moment of his career

Barcelona goalkeeper Wojciech Szczęsny recalled the most difficult moment of his career. The Polish goalkeeper’s unpleasant memory is tied to London’s Arsenal club, where he played from 2006 to 2017.

"It was very tough when they told me at Arsenal that I was no longer part of their plans. That was the hardest moment of my entire career.

It’s the only time my heart was truly broken. I vividly remember going home and crying.

Later, I realized that the decision was linked to the incident involving cigarettes in 2015," the 35-year-old goalkeeper said in an interview. Since October of last year, Wojciech Szczęsny has been representing Barcelona.
