Xabi Alonso Shares Thoughts on Courtois


Real Madrid head coach Xabi Alonso shared his thoughts on goalkeeper Thibaut Courtois. The Belgian shot-stopper has resolved his health issues and has been included in the squad for Sunday’s La Liga match against Elche.

“In recent seasons, Courtois has made memorable saves in the most crucial moments. It’s not just about his skill level but also about how he instills confidence in the team.

He is our cornerstone and is ready to shoulder responsibility,” Alonso stated during a press conference. On Sunday, November 23, Real Madrid will face Elche in an away match as part of La Liga.

The match will begin at 1:00 AM Tashkent time.
