Bayern has strengthened its position at the top of the league table, holding onto first place for 43 consecutive rounds. This achievement equals a record in Bundesliga history.

Interestingly, this record was first set by Bayern Munich during the 1972-1973 season. In the next round, Vincent Kompany's team will face St. Pauli.
